Answer: By looking at the bolt handle and the safety switch it looks like a Remington 700 action. Since he is supposed to me an ex-marine it could be some kind of custom rifle like an M40. But like H said with that synthetic stock it's hard to tell exactly what it is. It most likely is a custom rifle. The rifle 35 seconds into the trailer is a .50BMG rifle but I don't know which model.
